Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. As a small studio, each piece is made with care and intention — thank you for understanding what that means for how I'm able to operate.

If something arrives damaged or there's a significant issue with your order, please reach out to hello[at]ocurrio[dot]studio (replace [at] with @ and [dot] with .) within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. I'll do my best to make it right.

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello[at]ocurrio[dot]studio. After that window, orders may already be in production or preparation for shipment.

Delivery issues — if your package arrives damaged, please hold onto the original packaging, as it may be needed to document the issue. For lost or missing orders, contact me with your order number and I'll help track it down. Please note that incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer; if a package is returned to me as a result, I'll reach out to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Unauthorized charges — if you notice an unfamiliar charge from Ocurrió Studio, please email me directly before contacting your bank. Small businesses are significantly impacted by chargebacks, and I'll resolve any issues with you promptly.

Fraud prevention — For your security, orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be automatically cancelled. If you believe your order was cancelled in error, please reach out to hello[at]ocurrio[dot]studio and assistance will be provided to you from there.

Postcard & letter mail orders — Postcard orders in quantities of less than 5 ship via untracked letter mail. Please allow 3–14 business days for domestic delivery and 2–8 weeks for international orders. If your order hasn't arrived outside of these windows, email hello[at]ocurrio[dot]studio with your order number and I'll do my best to help. If you'd like peace of mind, tracked shipping is available at checkout.
